New page hierarchy and UX overhaul for a high-end realtor

A luxury real estate business came to us frustrated by poor performance on their website’s most important pages. Key landing pages had a bounce rate of over 80%, and high-intent pages were failing to generate regular enquiries.


They knew the properties and service were high quality, but the website wasn’t communicating that in order to convert. 


Users were dropping off before engaging, and the team lacked a clear structure to guide improvements.


They needed a way to cut through the noise, focus on what matters to their users, and drive meaningful action.

The Approach

We started with a short, focused workshop to dig into user behaviours and business goals, followed by a heuristic review of the existing site.


From there, we developed a clear content hierarchy map for three core landing pages, grounded in user needs and attention patterns. This helped strip out distractions, surface key messages, and guide users towards enquiry.


We delivered:


A hierarchy diagram for each page


Wireframes to show structure and layout


Design mockups to support visual implementation


This gave the team everything they needed to move forward with clarity and confidence.

The Results

The impact was immediate.


Enquiries started coming in through the site within 24 hours of changes being launched


Bounce rates dropped significantly, as users stayed and engaged


The team felt empowered to carry the same thinking across more pages


By putting structure and purpose behind each page, the site began to work for them, not against them.

Next Steps

We're now working with the team to apply the same hierarchy thinking to deeper pages in the user journey, helping guide potential buyers from interest to enquiry with more ease and confidence.
