Brand Discovery for a Sustainable Florist

Eufloria is a bespoke floral design studio with a clear creative vision: to inspire a world where all flowers are sourced sustainably, and curated with care as an artist would tend their most precious creation. Every bouquet is a one-of-a-kind composition, designed around the individual client, season, and setting.


But while the founder knew what the brand stood for; sustainability, artistry, seasonality, and deeply personal service it wasn’t yet clear how to communicate this to potential clients.


Who exactly was the audience? What mattered to them? And how could the story of Eufloria be told in a way that would truly connect?


This was the challenge we set out to solve: bringing structure and clarity to a beautiful idea, so it could begin to grow.

The Approach

We ran a series of remote sessions using a Brand Discovery Framework, a structured process to uncover what was working, what wasn’t, and what was missing.


We looked at three core areas: the business, the brand, and current marketing efforts, mapping strengths and gaps agaisnt each area.

Brand values, tone and personality


Ideal client types and what they care about


Key messages and the best channels to reach people


Everything was captured in a clear, practical document the florist can build on.

Eufloria walked away with real brand clarity — a defined identity, a stronger message, and a better sense of who they’re here for.

Next Steps

With their brand foundation in place, the next step for Eufloria is to begin testing and refining, starting with small, manageable steps like updating web content, creating brand-aligned Instagram posts, and having more focused client conversations.


They now have a clear, confident voice and the tools to grow their business with purpose.
